And there isn’t a single word from the “protect our women and children” lot. Not a word from Farage, Tice, no riots or anger.

How much more will it take to show that these people do not care about us at all?

Yes I thought that when I saw the article yesterday.

They don't give a shit. For them it's all about the racism, and then denying they're racist.

ofcolitas · 27/06/2026 11:21

Shocking and Sad isn't it.

You know what shocked me even more? I read Giselle Pellicot's autobiography and it transpired that of all the men who came to her house, roughly 100 men came and refused to have sex with her because she wasn't in a position to consent. Not one of those men reported it. They just got in their cars and went home to their lives. And those men are the men who consider themselves to be the decent, good, men.

It’s just baffling. Surely if they cared, they’d be up in arms?!

Reinforces my cynical view of most men, that they hate women and don't consider them human

BillieWiper · 27/06/2026 11:25

Well yeah those fellas are misogynistic pigs. Of course they don't care.

This case sounds like Pelicot all over again? Terrible.

MyCrushWithEyeliner · 27/06/2026 11:26

Only an idiot would believe Farage, Tice, Robinson/Yaxley-Lennon care about women.

LuckyHazelFox · 27/06/2026 11:29

Here we go again. So you're politicising the rape of a woman - the exact thing you accuse Farage et al of doing?

I’m not politicising it at all.

I think it’s a heinous crime. I just wonder why some (Farage et al), don’t think that.

You kind of are. You're using this to make a point against them. They're awful, awful people but your using this victim as point scoring is distasteful.

Of course it's a heinous crime, but I wonder why you presume men of a different political persuasion to you don't agree with you.

Well there’s been none of the usual commentary. No videos from a field calling for pure cold rage.

I thought we'd have the pure cold rage quote. Do you not understand the argument for importing men/deporting
who rape women in this country? Your first thought is to jump to racism. There's a hectic of a lot of racist women then, who also are concerned.

I’m just interested why that deserves “pure cold rage”, but this doesn’t? Is it because the perpetrators are largely white British men?

Yes indeed. There was an article years ago in the Guardian about men who were having sex with women who had been trafficked. One man said he was distrurbed by it- she was chained to the bed and crying. So he said that he did his business quickly and left. He clearly though that this made him one of the good ones.

Since when did grooming gangs attract the quote of pure cold rage? I believe that quote was attributed to the idea of two tier policing.

Christ almighty. NO ONE reported it???? I cannot imagine knowing that was happening to someone and doing nothing. WTAF is wrong with these people?

Pretty sure it was about Henry Nowak.

Why can you not answer the question? Why did the murder of Henry Novak deserve pure cold rage, but this doesn’t? Why does Farage think the rape of women in this country is acceptable if they’re raped by white men?

OP posts:
Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/06/2026 11:51

Yes, it was. So nothing to do with rape.

LuckyHazelFox · 27/06/2026 11:51

It's quite unpalatable that the OP's first thought was some kind of gotcha because it's white men involved. It doesn't matter one iota what men's reactions are to rape when it's women and girls who are the majority of victims. Gang rape is sick and it's sick fucks per se who do it. I care more about justice for the victims, as should anybody. Yet here we have political point scoring.

Once again, how do know he thinks it's acceptable? You are politicising the murder of a young boy. You can't even see your hypocrisy. Henry Nowak's case is totally irrelevant to this case.

Well the fact he’s stayed silent says it all. He’s usually not quiet.

I really think this thread is misguided and I hope the op does some self reflection as well as get their facts straight in future. No one thinks Farage actually gives a shit about women and girls and I’m not sure he claims to, you’re thinking of Rupert Lowe. You’re just using this horrific rape case to make a goady thread about Reform. Go for it, I certainly don’t care about Farage. The petty point scoring using a totally unrelated rape case is pretty grim, though.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/06/2026 12:04

I won’t be indulging any further.
