Plenty of tricolours on display at the anti-immigration riots in Dublin 2023.

Around 50 people from my small town, a few miles from Brighton, went to join the anti-racist protest yesterday. They are mostly middle-aged and include several with professional jobs.

I'm told that there were plenty of similar groups from other towns in the area, too.

Well there would be - it’s a different country and it’s their national flag. 🙄

How nice that middle aged professionals are greeted with such favour when joining those kind of protests. Yet when that demographic attend anti immigration protests they are automatically labelled as far right thugs.

Dublin has had anti-immigration riots. Any community that feels their govt doesn't listen to them are liable to protest, whoever they are.

So, in your world most anti-immigrants are slapping women. I hope I never set foot in that place. Just an idea, maybe you should move to somewhere nicer - like Brighton, for instance. A place where the sun shines out of everyone's ars*.
