So for the most part I do get on with next door. The man is great, really helpful and polite to the whole street.. his wife’s a bit odd but nothing major. However she has a habit of the LOUDEST moaning and disgusting sayings during sex.. never hear a peep from him.. but she does it almost on purpose?! It’s actually stomach turning. I don’t want my daughter hearing this kind of thing. It’s so awkward though as what do you do in that situation??? It’s bad enough when theyr arguing and all you hear is her screaming f offfff get out n all this, but the SEX 🤢🤢🤢. Would you mention it to him and ask him to maybe have a word with her, or leave it and put up??? YABU - say nothing. YANBY - say something!!

I live in flats, each with a balcony, and a few years ago people one floor up and across (if you see what I mean) were doing it SO LOUDLY and I suspect, on the balcony. She sounded like she was starring in a horror film that she really enjoyed. I took to standing on my balcony at 3am and throwing 1 and 2p coins at them and shouting at them to ‘shut the F up’ like a fishwife and they STILL didn’t stop

I suggest you report her to the local council/ local authority and give them an idea of the frequency, include dates and times they need some info so be as graphic but as truthful as you can and the council will keep your details anonymous.

Of course a room doesn’t ’stink’ because two normal adults have had sex in warm weather. If you and your partner stink from sex on a warm day, there is something badly wrong with your hygiene.

Tbf dripping sweat doesn't 'stink' it's when it dries or stagnates for hours that a person or room will whiff.
