This is exactly what I came on here to say.

The victims of these children are horrified that the woman is being deported.

I have read similar stories where the victims do not want them deported as they’re constantly worried about where they are and if they’re going to come back and get them etc.
Knowing they’re in prison in the UK and would be notified of release, means that they sleep better at night etc.

Perhaps we should give more voice to the victims/their families in cases like this.

The legal framework already exists to deport them to their country of origin if they're convicted and sentenced to more than a year's imprisonment. Personally, I'd rather they were imprisoned here, where we can keep track of them (assuming they're guilty). Once they're deported who knows where they'll end up, what they'll do when they get there or whether they'll come back. I appreciate there are cost implications though. Undoubtedly they'll be deported after release. I'm not sure what there is in all that to be outraged about. Suspect that wasn't the point of the post though.
