Talent. Plenty of hopeful footballers don't make the big time despite having footballer fathers. Someone with the initials BB springs to mind.

Harry Redknapp and Frank Lampard were footballers married to sisters. Jamie's parents are still married but Frank's mother passed away.

Caleb in Emmerdale and recently(ish)-deceased Paul in Corrie are brothers. Rhona and Cain on Emmerdale are married in real life.

On the nepo-front, I can't wait to open doors for my son in Local Government admin and start a dynasty!

Actually it does happen in Local Government. My last employer had a head of department’s
son working as the complaints lead for her team (paid on an agency salary). Warnings went around the around the team to be careful what you said as he worked the same room as us mother. Also elevated to a deputy team leader senior position, a close friend of the head of department, followed from the previous Local Authority they worked at. However does not even know the basic legal positions. Another employee again on an agency wage (£60,000) aged 22 no experience her god-mother another senior manager. Did not do any substantial work it was left it to other team members. This why a lot of employees of that team have left, it is toxic and if it becomes public knowledge it would create a PR nightmare due to the nature of the Team.
