I was talking about American citizens and people who have visas and were still detained by ICE.
There are people who had green cards and the right to stay revoked with no reason. Ukrainians who fled the war have had their visas revoked under Trump just because.

So you will be happy if someone drags you off the street, revokes your visa and kicks you out of the country without any reason whatsoever.

Nothing says separation of church and state better than a religious nut job.

They are free to leave whenever they like.

Let’s just say that it is a risk in some of the countries I have lived in, sure.

But I’ll give you an example of an American citizen detained by ICE. A guy that was detained at a worksite full of illegal aliens, his own brother was an illegal alien, he couldn’t speak English. Geee … not hard to understand why that guy was picked up, was it? And they released him several hours later when he produced the correct paperwork.

Green card, by the way, doesn’t give you the right to do whatever you like. It can be revoked if you commit a crime or commit some sort of immigration fraud, lied on your application.

It was not one American citizen but more. What about the indigenous people being arrested by ICE? What is your justification of that?
If anything, they (indigenous people) would have a right to deport all the white Americans as they are all immigrants who came to America without permission.

I was not talking about criminals but people who had their visas revoked with no reason. For example Ukrainian war refugees, normal families working hard and paying taxes. I deliberately did not mention other nationalities as I am sure for you not being white would be an enough reason to be deported.
