Yes... its also the time taken up with going over design choices, and renovation labour, whilst OP's own house needed work before she sold... That would have affected her sale price (I'm just guessing)and then he wants her to have sold up in two months and start paying towards his household. And how much free labour would he have donated to help her achieve that sale and move I wonder. How much would he be doing the hour and something drive over to put in some hard work on her behalf I wonder. Even if his "financials" were reasonable and acceptable to OP... there's still a red flag in his theft of time and energy,

but there's never any gratitude from a cheeky fucker when they finally get a No. Just nasty comments about how you've let them down... because these characters are only ever focussed on themselves.

Found the podcast by googling anyway. Not sure why this has caused a problem.

Add on per hour charges (make them nice and expensively unreasonable) for housekeeping duties, parental care, taxi services, cooking, gardening, shopping and errands.

I don't like being too inquisitive as this is real people's lives but I am totally with @frozendaisy . What could he possible have adjusted that he thought would change tour mind????!!!! How did he send it you? A hardcopy through the letterbox? An attachment via email? Via WhatsApp? Any accompanying messages?

Or maybe we need to start all dates/relationships with a spreadsheet. Rather than writing wedding vows, we could write spreadsheets then compare them to assess compatibility.
