The goofy toad of toad hall-faced wanker

At least other countries have sexy right wing twats, why do we get him?

1.Please say his name as it is supposed to be said - farage like garage

  1. Please don't vote for him he's one of Those Guys - smug, sweaty faced supercilious thickies
  1. All his policies are gash

Tbh, his personality and his politics are so repulsive that I would find it hard to provide an objective assessment of his appearance.

If handsome is as handsome does, then Robert Jenrick is exceptionally ugly.

Do you have any comments to make on the appearance of female MPs you don't like? We wouldn't want you looking like a hypocrite.

This doesn’t help either. People set the tone for debate then it gets applied to politicians others don’t like.

Oof. Like DiySteve you are being very hypocritical EasternStandard. I have seen you post personal insults about Labour politicians.

Exceptionally ugly? That’s a bit harsh even for a Labour politician.

"The rest of the UK". Do you live in the UK?

Why did her post prompt you to post this?

Did you read the post you responded to?

She was specifically not commenting on physical appearance.

Ah, so insults are OK unless you judge them to be a "bit harsh".

What about prurient speculation about a politician's sexuality? Where do you stand on that?

Biskitteef · 17/02/2026 20:28

Zia Yusuf is hot as fuck and he’s right wing. Richard Tice is a bit of alright too

I haven’t done that, where did you read it?

But she was commenting on his actions, not his appearance. I don't see how that's "harsh" by the standards of anyone but the most delicate.

Biskitteef · 17/02/2026 20:32

Anyway regardless of sexyness, Farage has no intention of being PM. He’s simply propelling Reform to the top and will step aside before he gets to be PM. Zia or Tice will then take over.

Rupert Lowe scares me - I’m right wing but Christ, Lowe makes me look like a Green leftie

nam3c4ang3 · 17/02/2026 20:33

You sound young and incredibly stupid. Taking the piss out of his name and insulting his appearance? Are you 12? This is actually serious, you know? Grow up.

I’m not particularly ‘delicate’ but I do think you’ll get the same tone in response about politicians you prefer. Set the tone and get it back and all that.

EasternStandard · 17/02/2026 20:30

I didn't say you had. I asked you where you stand on it? Is it fair game in your opinion?

You make it sound like calling someone's actions "exceptionally ugly" is somehow beyond the normal tone of politics discussion on this forum.

It isn't.

Depending on which political ideology you're critiquing, of course.

and your crystal ball was gifted by who?

PURPLErainiswhatmadePrincegreat · 17/02/2026 20:42

ok, no prob. Many women found Boris sexy, despite some finding him vile looking. Bring him back

abracadabra1980 · 17/02/2026 20:44

YABU with such a childish articulation of a post. Grow up.

Better to judge on policies eg if a tax is decimating jobs. There’s a few known gay politicians I don’t really follow that, it’s irrelevant.

Ditto the wealth of someone’s spouse, sadly that creates headlines, the public react and we miss out on better policy.

Well, a very quick advance search of EasternStandard's recent references to Starmer include calling him a "Sneering bully" and a "Craven prick".

So for her to get on her high horse about someone calling someone's actions "extremely ugly" seems like the kind of hypocrital whining that has become the hallmark of the modern right.

Sure I do think that, I didn’t say exceptionally ugly though for any Labour politician, good job with the AS 😬

😄Hating Farage is now the cool thing to do.

What frightens me more is a coalition of Labour, the SNP and the greens. That will be the end of Britain. It’s already too late to save our identity, of course. As two-tier Keir put it, this is now “an island of strangers.” Immigration has happened on such a scale that it has destroyed any sense of shared culture or shared history. I don’t know how people have got the nerve to call Farage a fascist. The Left have imposed this change on us. That is fascism.

But it’s also a question of space. My home town (Colchester) is now so crowded I could scream. The roads are clogged with traffic, and the hospital is at breaking point. My local woods have been hacked down and replaced with two new housing estates, and we’re going to have 400 new homes built on the fields in the centre of the village. That’s on top of the 300 new homes already jammed onto some fields at the other end of the village. But no matter how many of these vile rabbit hutches we squeeze together, we always need more, more, more. From the languages spoken, I’d say at least half the people on those new estates were not born in the UK.

Edited

of course they are not born in the UK and many more not born will be shifted there

Easternstandard, you haven't answered my question.

I will be clearer.

Do you think prurient speculation of Starmers sexuality is fair game or not? A simple yes or no is all that is needed.

Dragonflytamer · 17/02/2026 20:51

It is pronounced Farage like Garage. Unless you're a Northerner....
