OK this is a 'rambling' in my head so feel free to strike me down but - just say he does have dementia. OK? Is this right? I hate him but he's still a human being (of a sort). So if he does have it, why is a doctor not stepping in and stopping this? From a human perspective, it isn't right if he does have it, to just be laughing at him. But it's even more frightening that he is the leader of the free world.

Biden did far less to be considered not of full capacity. Trump needs to be put out to pasture.

I'm not sure he is demented. I think he is a raging narcissist in full and unchallenged flow. He genuinely believes he is the closest thing to God on earth and I doubt anyone challenges him on anything. So, he believes his own bullshit. It is terrifying to watch.
