I'm not sure how true it is but I read that he's basically incontinent due to all the coke and pills he used to do in the 80s/90s and has to wear incontinence pads because he shits himself multiple times a day. If that is true can you imagine what people would say if it was Obama or Biden who shit themselves multiple times a day? We would never hear the end of it. I don't mean to mock people with incontinence issues but I think it just adds to the fact that he is both physically and mentally unfit to be president.
