I think he has finally lost any marbles he had in his tiny little brain!

Nigel is funded (at a very deniable distance) by Putin. Putin has plenty of dirt on Trump. Nigel and his bosses would be very happy to see NATO fail and the UK align itself with an isolationist USA, because then Putin can get on with bothering Europe in peace. Dont ever fall for the nonsense that Reform is acting in the interests of the British people.

Oh Nigel is in it for Nigel. But up to now he has been careful to distance himself from the fallout. He has banned references to Brexit for example. It's his greatest achievement and it has basically destroyed the Conservative Party yet he comes up smelling of roses. I think his infatuation with Trump is a misstep and anyway it's not paying any dividends. Some of Trump's acolytes prefer Rupert Lowe or Tommy Robinson apparently.

@Mangelwurzelfortea- when you throw out comments like that it all it does is shut down discussion. I'm not a Trump arse licker I didn't vote for him. I do however agree that the US spends an awful lot of money on causes that don't benefit us at all and we have been shouldering more than our fair share when it comes to security and it's time for the rest of NATO to step up.

You need to scrutinise the history more before you come out with erroneous posts like that!

Veryerysad · 21/01/2026 18:38

Deeply embarrassing. What an utter tool. How are Trump and Putin still breathing?

Shmoigel · 21/01/2026 18:40

They knew what he was like the first time. If the americans think they are getting rid of him in 3 years they have another thing coming. I reckon he will carry on like putin and make it a dictatorship! Emphasis on the Dick!

I haven’t rtft so apologies if this has already been asked.

Are we sure he’s not PRETENDING to be more insane than he really is to see how far he can take things? I read somewhere (can’t remember where, sorry) that him and a equally egotistical ‘mate’ were intent on doing just that with the aim being to take the piss out of the entire ‘dumb’ population of the planet. It’s got to be pretty hard to find new kicks when you’re a materialist psychopath who has ‘everything’.

He needs to be taken out.

Medicines are drugs and he is a big orange twat, a dangerous one.

@Shmoigel That's a good one. I'm sure everyone at home is standing to clap 👏 👏 👏

So he just wants a bit of icy land? Just a thought - does he know about Alaska? Could someone fly him there, let him stick a flag in the ice, and tell him it's his now 🤷‍♀️

(He did say that he couldn't risk Russia taking Greenland because it's too close to the US, which does suggest that he has not in fact heard of Alaska)

Come on guys see sense. If it wasn’t for the US we’d all be speaking German and a little bit of Japanese now

I don't have to support Trump because we were on the same side as the USA any more than I have to support Putin because we were on the same side as the USSR

My husband has a theory that Trump is sleeper agent of Putin!

Maybe an agent, but not a witting one. More witless.

There has long been many a rumour that Putin has stuff on him. Now what stuff could that be? Considering the sort of man he is...

KeepPumping · 21/01/2026 19:08

He managed to call out the cheap debt housing bubble though, I used to say I would vote for any UK politician that stood up and called out the property Ponzi based on cheap debt for the nonsense it is, none of them did it of course because that is (or was) a "third rail topic", the President of the U.S just did it, and in front of an audience at Davos of all places! AND he is telling bankers they will only be able to charge 10% on credit cards! That will likely get passed onto mortgages? Surely people now realise that the cheap debt property party that has ruined UK society is now well and truly over?

I think that poster needs to have clarified because people aren't getting the joke.

That was literally a line from his 'speech'. Said to a roomful of people in Switzerland, mind you.

Ihatethistimeline · 21/01/2026 19:17

Can’t believe this is how tens of millions of Americans wish to be represented on the world stage. America is humiliated and a danger to the rest of the world.

Hopefully his doctors are lying to him about his decline and he thinks he has ages left otherwise I’m certain he’d push the red button and take us all out with him in a fit of jealousy that the world will move on without him.

When he’s gone there needs to be a forensic level clean out of his regime with hazmat suits and disinfectant.

Could Trump be autistic? He has zero intonation and speaks in this monotonous manner.

As the parent of a kid with autism, and as someone with a lot of autism in the extended family...

No
NO
NO

By the way, people with autism might sometimes come across as 'weird' to the neurotypical, but in general - even though they might not be able to convey it - they tend to be extremely empathetic and concerned about fairness to all, and particularly to the downtrodden and disadvantaged.

Basically the exact opposite of Trump.

@DuncinToffee@Alexandra2001- Yes they did. We have both been great allies to each other and I hope that will continue. The world is a very different place to what is was in 2001 and so each country must prepare and plan. Like I said earlier I didn't vote for him and a think a lot of what he says is crazy but deep in there somewhere he does have some valid points. It great that our nations can come together in times of need and at the same time each country should put the safety and needs of their own country and people first.
I realize threads about Trump aren't meant for discussion they are just about who can come up with the wittyest quote or the most derogatory put down.

Do you honestly believe that the US should take Iceland - sorry Greenland - by force?

The energy comes from whatever stimulants he is given to prop him up, hence his extreme garrulousness. Anyone familiar with coke or amphetamines will know that they lend you the ability to talk the hind leg off a donkey.

Hitler was famed for this too.

Foggybottomblues · 21/01/2026 19:27

@Goddessoftheearth- No and I've never said any such thing in any of my posts.

Just catching up. Did he really say to the audience that if it wasn’t for the US you would be speaking German, whilst standing in Switzerland where the majority language is German?

Well, technically it's a trilingual canton but yes German is the majority language in that part of Switzerland. I bet the locals in the audience and staff working there were choking with laughter at that.

Not all autistic people are full of empathy, a disproportionate number of killers are autistic (likely because it overlaps with MH issues). Look at Jonty Bravery.

I think Trump is autistic. I heard somewhere he eats the same meal every single day and has other stringent routines. It all fits IMO
