Yes, we don’t know the full story, but so many things being said about the dance story being untrue-they had already had their dance, she’d also danced with her father, Vb was reportedly called onto the stage by her friend, Marc A and was shy to do so. She comes across as a very awkward, sad person, David seems to dislike her and speak down to her. I can imagine she must be devastated and so humiliated by this. No matter the issues, Brooklyn shouldn’t have issued the problems publicly.
I know a lot about issues with Mil’s but my instinct tells me that this could be her and perhaps she has been difficult from the start. She doesn’t have a reputation for being a nice person at all, even before all this and it’s been said there may have been similar situations in the past with an ex of hers.
In comparison, I’ve never seen anyone say a bad word about Vb, the opposite in fact, she seems to have a great relationship with all her other children and the partners, plus a good relationship with Db’s family
She just must feel so devastated and humiliated, your first born that you held in your arms as a baby.

I do not know what happened. Unfortunately, i was not invited toneother of the weddings and I have not had the pleasure of ki-kiing with BB or VB. We do not know what happened.

Unless you are actually VB herself and know for a fact it is all definitely lies or you are VB trying to defend yourself on Mumsnet or you are on the Beckham payroll and are trying to "fix" VB's image.

He’s allegedly got his own net worth of 10 million dollars from various collaborations and projects. He has worked since he was a baby. Even v & d wedding spread there were a couple of pages dedicated to him and his outfits. Presumably some will have been invested for him over the years. An all family outing to an event will have been more lucrative than just v & d.

It is sad at a very human level. We don't know the true full truth and never will. Even if she is a total shit there is nothing joyful about falling out with your kids.

My mil has told dh multiple times I'm not "blood" which makes me feel like a transient temperary shag or his affair partner to hers and his pure relationship ( ie she makes me feel like I stole him off of her). There no denial of BB doing whatever he has too if his account is full and true. Still, it's hardly joyful is it? No one wins here. We all want steady dependable mum who loves us without condition so I expect they are all suffering.

D&V spent Brooklyn's formative years using him as a human shield to try and distract the press from David's numerous affairs. None of their children have had a consistent home base or the education they should have had and frankly I find D&V's public interactions with their children weird bordering on creepy at times.

Brooklyn found himself a partner whose family are far wealthier and more powerful than theirs, that can't be intimidated or forced into NDA's, that aren't impressed by the Beckhams at all, and D&V don't like it one bit.

It is difficult to know the truth of exactly what has gone on here, but whoever is advising Brooklyn does not have his best interests at heart because i dont think his actions in discussing his grievances publicly will give him the privacy and peace he says he and his wife want.
The multiple grievances ,many of which seem petty smack of the litigation the Peltz family took against their wedding planner(horrible and cruel). People with such extreme unimaginable wealth will crush anyone who doesn't worship at their feet.No one disagrees or challenges them or they face ruin.
I imagine Brooklyns rant is the first of many and others will give their version of events.This will go on and on and wont end well for any of them,its tragically sad.
Hopefully they all get the psychological support they clearly need.

I read on another thread that the Peltz name became linked with Epstein and Weinstein and so V&D didn't want the names linked. They wanted them to call themselves Beckham or Peltz, but not the double barrel. If true, it makes sense.

Ok, he is calling her out on her behaviour, but isn't he also misrepresenting the situation?

I don't think that's true. There are people actually called Weinstein and Epstein (I know of one), never mind a proximal name like Peltz! It must be about the moolah.

I'm pretty sure I read that Coleen is a Catholic and that was the main reason she stayed with Wayne. Then Wayne gave an interview recently talking about his struggles with alcohol and said that Coleen stayed by him because she knew the man he was capable of being and he is now sober.

I actually like The Rooney's, they've been open about their issues and don't try and present a perfect facade to the world. Colleen handled Wagatha gate brilliantly.

I agree with you about the Rooneys, @AnAlpacaForChristmasPleaseSanta . I think they've been open about Wayne's alcohol problems, and the importance of getting help and working on a marriage.

They don't know any different, though. They have absolutely no idea what it feels like to live in a family that can only afford one all-inclusive holiday a year, let alone families that are scrimping and saving to get by. To them being rich and famous is just normal. It's easy for us to say 'they like the money and fame' because we all know what it's like not to have it - they don't, and never will know any different.
