One car drives past her as she’s trying to get out of her driveway (her husband was in the car with her). She then tries to wave on the ICE vehicle, which has space to pass her, but they get out and accost her instead.

This nonsense about her blocking the ICE cars is just restating Trump’s gaslighting BS.

Sorry but she wasn't trying to get off her drive. She was and eyewitnesses have confirmed blocking traffic. She is approached and they tried to open her door. The main video we see from behind clearly shows that there are no drives and that she was in the road. The frontal image which is being shown less does suggest she drove at the cop.... irrespective of what she did, why didn't she allow the door to be opened by a clearly identified policeman?

As I said the policeman should not have shot her.

This is true, of course.

Summary execution for political campaigners is not a thing in the US constitution.

But I would like to know the evidence that she was a "professional agitator" (whatever that means) in any case. Because I suspect that the person making that claim actually has no idea.

Trump described her (and/or her screaming horrified partner) as such on X so for some people that is now absolute fact

And get run over?

He was not going to get run over. He stepped sideways to do shot 2&3 through the side window, put the gun in his pocket, then sauntered off. As for shooting a driver, who will then lose control of the car, and the car crash into you, why would you do that if the car is coming straight at you?

ICE have form for lying it turns out and they don’t wear body cams.

But she was still driving.

She was given conflicting instructions from different people from what I have read. Both told to leave and told to get out of the car.

The full video that the frame by frame one was taken from, shows her about to leave but then another car to her left goes at the same time so she stops and waves them past. That car drives past her and leaves. Then the ICE vehicle approaches so she waves for them to go past too. They stop but she wasn't blocking them, she hasn't moved since the other car drove past. The agents approach the car and shout. She reverses away so she can turn and avoid the agents and drive off. She was driving slowly until she was shot but that must have made her foot fall on the accelerator.

Where was he dragged? he stood out the way and shot her 3 x... how do you do that when hit by a car and dragged along?

What serious injury? he walked away from the crashed car after seeing victim and signalled to his colleagues to call 911....

That happened during a different arrest, see @Efacsen link

That left wing people are generally less likely to work.

Funny that because a lot of people think the far-right “flag shaggers” Farage lovers don’t ever seem to have jobs or barely a GCSE, so maybe people just have their own views from all walks of life

He was involved in another incident in mid 2025, when he smashed a back window of a moving car and was dragged along. I don't know if his lacerations were caused by his choice to smash the glass.

He was involved in another incident in mid 2025, when he smashed a back window of a moving car and was dragged along. I don't know if his lacerations were caused by his choice to smash the glass.

In December, a jury at the US District Court in St. Paul found the driver in the June incident, Roberto Carlos Munoz-Guatemala, 40, guilty of assault on a federal officer with a dangerous and deadly weapon and causing bodily injury.
The officer and others had stopped him at 8am on June 17 and were attempting to detain him on an immigration order, the court heard.
They requested that he open his window and door, but he only put the window partially down and refused further orders, the court heard.
The ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officer broke the rear window and unlocked the door.
Munoz then drove off and mounted the car with the officer's arm trapped inside.
He was dragged at least 100 yards, causing a serious injury to his arm.
Photographs submitted to the court showed a long, deep jagged cut on the arm which requited 20 stitches.
He also needed 13 stitches in his left hand, the court records said.

"What was the case, please?"

Met firearms officer Martyn Blake tried for the murder of Chris Kaba.

He also faced similar accusations/ commentary (as he fired multiple shots) of executing kaba and exaggerating the danger to his colleague

I was just agreeing with the pp’s observation that it gets less left wing after working hours, it makes sense when you think about it.

Like I just posted.....steer away from the BBC and you can find them.
I realise you're just gonna say "see......fascist can't post the video because it doesn't exist". It does, go look.

I'm unlikely to find them. I avoid far right MAGA sites and dodgy doctored ai bollocks so this kind of made up shit doesn't show on my searches.

Happy to look if you share though.

I replied to you saying That left wing people are generally less likely to work.

And I pointed out that some people feel the same about the far right, so no it doesn’t make sense when you think about it. Have a lovely evening.

I thought i was reply to the view that the ICE agent had been hit by her car and dragged along... & subsequently injured... there was even a grainy image supporting this incorrect view.

Perhaps the pp should have been clearer, unlike you, i work... and fit in MN around a job.... you should try it....

I'm sorry it has bothered you so much.

So she only started driving after she was shot? I’m sorry but this all seems quite far fetched. My money is on her being a militant protestor who pushed it too far.

No. She reversed back trying to turn around in the road. She then started to move forwards and was making a hard right hand turn to drive around both the ice agents and the other vehicle in the road. He moved in front of her as she was going from reverse to drive. He moved in front of her and pulled his gun and shot her.
And even if she was aimed towards him she was just moving off. It is physically impossible for her to have been going more than 5mph. There is no way even if she had wanted to run him over that she would have succeeded. And her car was turned away.
The proof of which is that if she was aimed at him and he shot and killed her whilst the car was aimed towards him the car would have hit him. It would have moved directly towards him. But it didn’t. It turned away from him and crashed down the street.

"Shooting them dead can only be justified when there is no other option."

Well that's not true is it? If the officer felt in fear of his life due to a 2 ton vehicle being driven at him then he is entitled to act in defence of his life. As it turns out this individual has been traumatised by similar incidents so nay well have been in genuine fear.

Others have said that he should not perhaps been in the field if this was the case but then again we don't know what psychological assessment and support had been offered to him.

You may recall there was a similar case in the UK where an officer was tried for shooting a driver ( in defence of a colleagues life) and found not guilty by a jury. In that instance people also said why did he not shoot the tyres engine/ shot ion the arm etc.

In this case another ice engine also tried to open the door / grab the wheel I suppose but failed.

As I said earlier in the thread it was folly to keep driving when surrounded by armed agents on foot. Perhaps the agent should not have walked in front of the car but that doesn't entitle the driver to run him over or risk doing so - with tragic consequences.

I could absolutely understand him being cautious around vehicles if he has in fact been involved in a previous incident..... So much so I'd think he'd be the last officer that would decide to possibly put himself in danger by stepping out in front of a car

In reply to your other post where you’ve miss read something. No, nobody is saying all protesters should be shot 🙄

Alternatively, it could be because those of us who have done well enough to be in control of our working hours, rather than punching a clock, are then dealing with dinner, family and various activities?

The ICE agent stepped in front of a stationary vehicle, at least try and be factual.

No he didn’t,

the car was stationary, two ICE agents approached from the left, the car moved… wheels turning right, then shooter comes into the shot from the right, moving in front of the turning car

its very clear

Walkden · 08/01/2026 21:30

Well that's not really proof is it? There was quite a bit of wheelspin when the wheel was pointing forward and others could and have argued that the wheel turned right because she was shot...

"Everyone sane hates Trump"......here lies the problem. Just because you don't agree with someone's political stance, doesn't mean they are not of sound mind. 72 million Americans voted for Trump, are all 72 million insane, seems like a lot 🙂.

Yes, I would argue that voting for Trump - particularly a second time - was insanity. It's not like he's ever hidden who he is. But it's fair to point out that making sweeping generalisations was unhelpful on my part.

Find the video taken from the front. She does drive towards the policeman, but he then steps to one side and shoots.

The local council described her as a volunteer monitor of ice. She is in the wrong and should have allowed the first officer to open the door.

But there's no way they can justify shooting her. He had his gun out well in advance
