The use of deadly force was not allowed in the circumstances.

There was ample time and space for the murderer to move the fuck out of the way. Firing at a vehicle to prevent a suspect from fleeing is unlawful, aka murder.

Actually I posted a photo showing that there was indeed an officer stood in front of the vehicle after you spread misinformation stating that "there wasn't anyone stood in front of the vehicle " .

They weren't being fully blocked. One had already driven past her.

She was in a car refusing to stop, an officer was actually holding the door,. She then drove towards the one who shot her.

Granted it is tragic and a mess but one thing is for sure if I was in a volatile situation in the US I'd put my hands up and get out, I certainly would not floor it.

The Washington Post and NY Times, show that the ICE agent was NOT in front of the car when it was moving fwd, he actually leant around the moving to shot her, then fired a further 2 shots through the open window.
