Centreparcs not giving loo roll

I’m sorry but I think after the amount you spend on CP it is a complete piss take they don’t give you loo roll. Luckily I had pocket tissues but what on Earth?? That level of stinginess has really put me off ever returning

Yes we took the car straight to the door to unload which was very handy. I enjoyed the no car and cycling element.

We went recently and there was one roll in each of the bathrooms. They give you a list of things you do and don’t need to bring when you book; loo roll is listed. We just buy onsite.

Every self catering I’ve been to provides loo roll. Even if just one or two rolls and you’re meant to top it up yourself.

It’s a rubbish troll thing isnt it, all the stuff you could be getting your kicks from and to choose loo roll. I assume it’s faeces they really like?

I suppose they are simple to please, it must be a nightmare in a supermarket when they see a full aisle of it.

Only been once (that was enough) about 7 years ago and there were 2 loo rolls but they were the very cheap awful kind.

Agree, we also didn’t have loo roll on arrival when we stayed neither did our family members in a different lodge.

Is it anything to do with the lodge type? Ie, we stayed in an executive lodge in November and definitely had toilet roll in each bathroom. Just wondering if you stay in the basic lodge, that you don’t get toilet roll included?

We stayed in the cheapest lodge available. Still not cheap mind.

We go to CP each year (Sherwood Forest) and always have loo roll, In fact we go to guest services when we run out and they provide more if needed. How strange you haven’t had the same.

we always stay in the lodges that are closest to facilities (you pay extra) so wondering if that’s why we always have loo roll?

There’s a shop for supplies at Centerparcs.

Possibly… we both stayed in the basic lodges. Overall it wasn’t an issue but we did expect there to be one on arrival and then for us top up throughout the stay

None? Which CP do you go to? We are frequent visitors and have never brought loo roll. They always supply it at Elveden and Woburn and we've always had enough for a 5 day stay.

Nothing to do with cheapest lodges. We most commonly stay in the cheapest ones and they always supply it.

It is. The last few years they've stopped putting loo roll in the homes its an effin joke. The amount they charge! Bloody cheapskates!

Toilet paper is normally provided. Guest services are great there too at getting things sorted.

We were there last in September and had loo roll supplied, so they haven't stopped in the last few years at all.

I wonder why sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. Friends have been recently and also not had any.

We go at least once a year and always have 1 in each toilet/bath room, sometimes with spares in the cleaning cupboard.

we’ve also previously asked guest services for more and they’ve been brought to the lodge pretty quickly.

I'm very curious to know which CP this is? Is it the same one your friends have been to? Perhaps there is a not so great cleaner there that forgets to stock up the loo rolls🤷‍♀️

Never known CP to not leave loo roll in every room.

Are you sure it's not just an oversight by the cleaner?

Do you have the little pack with the washing up bits etc?
