Ive heard people talking about it on here before but didn’t really know what it was other than a forum. I’ve recently stumbled across a thread on there about an ‘influencer’ I’ve followed for years who has become progressively more annoying and false. Some of the comments on this tattle thread are needlessly unkind but others echo exactly what I’ve been thinking about her. Albeit I’m not sure id ever put those thoughts out there where they could hurt someone.

So is Tattle basically just a space for being nasty about people? Please excuse the naivety but other than MN, instagram and Facebook I’m not really a big social media user.

A quick search on here tells me there was a big reveal recently of the owner of the site, as if he was in trouble or something. So is it a site that’s looked down on?

I never realised there were mumsnet threads, had a browse and they are spot on! Very funny.

I only read one thread, and when the abusive woman that it is about stops breaking her DVRO, and stops opening fraudulent Gofundmes and stops stalking her ex husband and his new wife I am sure that the threads will cease. As it is when she goes quiet the thread goes quiet.

It definitely is a place where people just say nasty and horrible things for the sake of it.

Which thread is that? Is is actually transphobic or is it like how people call the feminism board on here transphobic when women say that trans women are not women and there is no place for trans men in women’s safe spaces and sports?
