Fantastic! Im off there shortly for my weekly supply of food samples.

Bloody love Booths. Can’t afford to shop there every week but if I want something special or niche, that’s where I go.

They’ve also got some lovely food and drink samples in stores today as well!

I'm Northern, but our nearest Booths is a long way away! <weeps copious Christmas-pudding tears>

Ooh lovely, I have one within about a 3 minute walk. Have already sampled the mince pies a few times this year, never too early!

They also had some new Aprons with puns on like the shopping bags - Good things come to those who bake.

I’m northern (hence the name) and the nearest one is now over an hour away. I can’t even get Waitrose delivered 😫 because I’m slap bang in the middle of the 2 big ones up here but too far for their delivery.

Road trip @Northerndoglover? We are lucky in that we’ve had a Waitrose nearby for a while - in fact, we must have every supermarket chain you can think of. We also have the Waitrose northern distribution centre near us. It’s what keeps the northern stores open. They relied on Bracknell for years and wouldn’t go further north than Leicester.

Completely agree and I usually get my shopping from them. Booths is my treat shop.

Me too (especially as I've just read that the Ripon branch is closed - think Penrith is my nearest now)! I have a Booths card which I do use when we're in the vicinity (especially for the discounts in the café) but I wish they'd spread a bit further east

The NE is left to fend for itself. Beautiful beaches but rubbish retail.

Can the other Booths fans say if any of the Branches stand out or are they all much of a muchness?

Any located in interesting towns, especially in Lancashire? I know about the Ilkley and Settle ones but seeing as I go for days out and walks all over northern England, I'd always include a 'good' Booths in a trip.
