To buy an expensive ninja coffee machine

Ninja have got £50 off their bean to cup coffee machine.
My name is Caramac and I am a ninjaholic.
I don’t NEED another coffee machine although my current one will be replaced by a bean to cup at some point. It’s quite new so can’t justify replacing it on age.
I can afford it although there are other things which the money would be better spent on.
There is a 12 month interest free option to spread the cost which I would probably use.
My very patient DH would not be happy.
I know IABU to buy it. Please reinforce that to me.
I am going to walk the dog now and put it out of my mind.

DH bought 3 different bags of beans. So far I’ve tried-
Lidl roast 5 - I liked this, Machine strength 12 o clock
Costa roast 3 - bit insipid at 12, better at 2
Tesco roast 3 - not yet tried but expect I prefer the stronger roast.
Interestingly, Lidl was the cheapest.
I’m looking forward to trying more brands. A local coffee shop, roaster and seller of beans, provides excellent coffee so I’ll definitely try theirs.

Once you get local roasted beans that you like the flavour of, you will never go back to supermarket

The beans I get arent cheap, although he gives me a good discount , its my spoil myself money - Id rather a bag of beans then any chocolate . I really look forward to coming home in the morning after work and walking the dog, and sitting down to enjoy my cup of coffee. I have just the one, very strong coffee a day and sometimes at the weekend make expresso martinis :)

I can recommend Rave coffee beans! They’re amazing - I tend to get the blends rather than single origin and they are so smooth!

We use a cafetiere. Cheap, quick and lovely coffee. You don't need another expensive gadget.

A cafetiere may very well be cheap. Possibly even quick. The 'lovely' bit is a stretch though. It is not lovely. It's watery and weak and sludgy at the bottom and has little to recommend it unless, of course, you're in competitive 'cheap shit coffee' mode. Then you're winning.

Got to agree about cafetiere coffee , there is nothing good about it

Nothing beats a double espresso made with decent beans

I’ve got a cafetière. It’s ok but I prefer the machine I have already bought.

Cafetière coffee tastes no different to freeze dried instant coffee to me

Precisely - crap

Agreed 😂
Give me a proper espresso from a Barista machine any day of the week. My barista machine is one of my most prized possessions. I’d be more gutted if that broke than if my car did 😂
