Yes- in our culture, I think it'd be v unlikely for men to do anal if they ran serious risks of injury from the act itself. (STDs are a different matter..)
I know there are women who actually like anal & it can be done safely but imo this is v v rare & should not be encouraged. A lot of the time it's done bc of pressure/desire to be the cool girl & I find it hard to think this case is any different 😐
