I’m super liberal with what I let my kids watch - watched deadpool with my 13 and 15 yr olds last week. No way I’d watch SATC with an 8 yr old. Aside from anything else I think they’d be bored by it. It’s an adult programme with adult themes.

I don't think an 8 year old child will be able to keep track of more than 5 minutes of it and I very much doubt they'll take any of it in. But why an adult would even consider putting it on with kids around beats me. I learned more about meaningful relationships from Bluey, personally

Ugh! My 18 year old would be horrified watching it tbh. It’s outdated trash and guilty pleasure viewing even as an adult. For a child it would be super cringe and totally inappropriate. In fact bordering on porn in some episodes it could even be considered sexual abuse to watch it with a child. I might be tempted to report this as a safeguarding concern.

Definitely too young. I really doubt the child in question would even understand what it was about at that age. Or if they do id be concerned.
