Right. DH has asked me to ask this

Does you DH/ partner whatever go commando when they are in normal everyday clothes?

YABU - yes they do and it's normal
YANBU - no that's odd

Totally lighthearted!

I wash my clothes regularly, just not after every wear, unless they've got muddy or something. Mostly they're fine if they're aired. I mostly wear natural fibres, which I think makes a difference. i think artificial fabrics carry smells more.

He always weara underwear, it would be obscene if he didn’t, I guess some men who are growers rather than showers can get away with it.

DustyLee123 · 23/11/2024 06:46

My DH wears pants but still puts his trousers in the wash every day 🙄

TinkerTiger · 23/11/2024 06:49

This is so enormously gratifying.

I bet it is

BilboBlaggin · 23/11/2024 06:53

My late DH always wore boxers. Those skid marks some men like to leave behind would surely be on their trousers instead. If they're not good at shaking off all moisture after a wee, then they'll have droplets of that building up too - yuk!

OrlandointheWilderness · 23/11/2024 07:04

No pants all round here. But we both sleep naked. I don't have pubes and I never find his..! 😂

Eyesopenwideawake · 23/11/2024 09:44

Neither of us wear underwear, ever, unless going to the doctor (weirdly). At the age of 60 and 70 respectively, we figured out how to use loo paper many years ago.

Gosh - people with no vaginal secretions or urine drips - how very freaky!

Erm.. unless you have a little person in your knickers constantly wiping you, there will be leakage.

He sounds like a clean person.

I always worry my fly would be undone 😂

My partner has never had vaginal secretions (do you think there may be something wrong with him?), mine stopped after my hysterectomy. Both of us, amazingly, are adept at using toilet paper. Phew.

Dillydollydingdong · 23/11/2024 12:13

Mine doesn't. He likes all to be safely gathered in.

I am admiring of your skill Smile - no urine drips? - ever?

Wonderwall23 · 23/11/2024 12:58

I don't have a problem with people who don't wear underwear particularly, but it's definitely not 'the norm'.

KStockHERO · 24/11/2024 17:07

This thread is peak mumsnet.

Epic "argument in a phone box with no change" energy.

It's mental.

I love it.

DesignerStars · 24/11/2024 18:47

My DP has gone commando ever since he was at Uni. I don’t think he even owns a pair any more 😂.

PeanutKing · 03/12/2024 14:21

Started going full time commando about 4 years ago after a series of uncomfortable episodes. After a while I couldn't believe I had wasted my life in Pants!!!! DW wife recently joined me full time and weve never looked back 😊
