This is my collection at the moment! I’m currently building the Lego Typewriter 🥰

We got the botanical gardens and an Artemis nasa rocket for Christmas but my husband has just started on Jabbas Sailbarge that has been on the to do pile for a while .

My husband would love any of the NASA ones

I have a lot of the technic cars, Mustang, Lamborghini Huracan, Bugati. At least 6 Speed cars and a big Fort gt.
I also have the Taj Mahal which as a pp says looks good but was pretty boring to make. Himeji Castle was a good make.
I have some other random sets but I have just treated myself to the Lamborghini Sian, I've wanted it for a long time but it was £400. But it was in Argos's black friday sale for £260. So I treated myself. It is quite hard to do so will take me a while.

Must be something about it Harry Potter Lego. I’ve had to send off a missing piece report for the castle then child came downstairs. Also missing a piece from her Harry Potter spider 😅

Checked all the solid tables being used, the floors, triple checked the bit bags and nope nothing.

My Christmas tree currently has 4 biege branches. Apparently it was the same last year according to DH. I imagine the Lego replacement piece elves must wish they had gone for a job in Santa's workshop instead of in Legoland at this time of year.

Is is common for pieces to be missing? Given Lego kit prices, it’s surely reasonable to expect the highest standard of quality control.

They have a whole system set up to report it get replacements.

I mean error is expected the mini bags will be packed either by computer or hand but either way so many bags per hour will be expected so a level of error will be expected thus the easy report system.

must say I’ve never had it till today though in many years of buying Lego.

This looks beautiful, I found the earlier leaves difficult to attach, any tips?

No idea my dp did it who brought for me as he has a lot more patience than me. I could barely put the pot together

I managed the pot ok and attaching the branches with the big flowers ok, had 2 x small branches with leaves which could not attach anywhere. I will try again next Christmas!
