This is my collection at the moment! I’m currently building the Lego Typewriter 🥰

We did our GWP Christmas train yesterday - great build and a decent size for a freebie. Also liked the Winter Village post office this year - our village is getting rather crowded as all the minifigs from various advent calendars are there too

It's time for the annual Build the Christmas Tree.

I’d like to buy the LEGO Jazz Quartet set out of my Christmas money, but it isn’t in stock anywhere!

DD (7) got the Plum Blossom for Hanukkah today. Whizzed through it and is delighted with herself because it’s marked as 18+.

It was hugely difficult to find! She’d asked for it specifically after seeing it in the catalogue, but I left it quite late because I assumed it’d be everywhere, and it ended up being out of stock or on back order wherever I looked. Tracked it down to one remote branch of Argos.

I got the new wreath
DP got the pirate ship 3 in 1, plus mini wonders of the world, a sextant and a forklift truck
DD got the alpine lodge
DS got gingerbread ornament set, Santa, snowman mini bags

I got the post office , the chrysanthemum and a brickheadz of Tails . My next purchase will be the Tudor modular

DS2 bought me the Jaws set!

Slightly topsy turvy Christmas here as I had to make all the purchases. I surprised myself with the Retro Radio and Mona Lisa. Grown up DD has the modern art set which meant she also received the Bookcase GWP.

I got the Tuxedo cat for Christmas and have ordered the Lego roses and new flower bouquet which releases on the 1st of January.

I've ordered the pink bouquet too! Waiting to order the lucky cat too as can't pre order!

Less crowds than at Le Louvre

Sounds lovely 🙂 I’m building my first - a VW Campervan that I bought years ago because it looked lovely. Never did anything with it until yesterday. I fear this is a gateway drug. I have seen the Orient Express at £260 😳🤯 I am definitely coveting it!

I build the camper van 13 years ago yesterday, according to FB.

Do you love it? My husband is going to put lights in when it’s finished, so we can use it as a lamp.

That is a very cute idea. Mine sits behind my desk with my Mini, Fiat 500, VW Beetle, Vespa & Porche.

I’m currently building my Vespa, I’m around halfway through!

I started my castle but have to keep clearing it off for the insane amount of large meals we seem to only cook over Christmas. 😅

My most treasured lego possession is the D11 Bulldozer. It is huge and was made in collaboration with CAT and you can drive it around via remote control on your phone.

It was for sale in Smyths for about two years (they had it built up in their display cabinet) and I loved it but it was about £400 and I could never afford it.

I got a bonus at work for 20 years long service and decided to buy it - by which time I sadly found it was discontinued and out-of-stock everywhere. Then by complete luck I found a toy shop in Worcester that had it in stock and they would ship it to me!

It is one of the best things I have ever bought - they should make a film about my struggles to buy it! :)
