Ooh a Lego thread.

I adore Lego. I played with it myself in my childhood when it was so basic but still had hours of fun.

My son got me the Taj for Xmas. It was not as much fun as the Friends set I got (but don't tell my son that).

I'm thinking of starting a Lego Collection, I like all the retro cars & some of the Supercars in the technic range.

My idea of heaven!!

I have the London bus (bought in the lego store in London).

I also have the first flower bouquet they brought out, the orchid, the bouquet of red roses, smaller sets of daffodils, sunflowers and tulips. I have cherry blossom waiting to be put together.

I have two London scenes - one is the postcard version.

As a family we have almost all of the disney brickheadz - some are mine, others are my daughter's. I also have the Peter pan flying over big ben scene.

Between us we also have Harry potter, star wars and lord of the rings themed lego, plus lego models that are animals and themed for Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

Not what was asked for but there is a square vase in Argos/sainsburys that fits the rose bouquet perfectly. I have another one with the flower bouquet in too. I will try and get some pictures.

As soon as Mariah is defrosted this lot is coming out. Stored in the WC cupboard in the off season. Have a 5 or so Modular’s and stacks and stacks of unopened boxes in the wardrobes. Will start the home alone house Dec 1st.

have the kingdoms range, the gold mining stuff they did, some Star Wars, a few Harry Potter, lots of Disney I was collecting for DD since she was born but she doesn’t seem interested so I gave up on those.

I’ve also ordered some of the bricklink designer series. Most recently the chocolate shop which will ship next year and the train station should be coming next month.

We’ve got the typewriter - bit fiddly in places but brilliant to build. Hoping for Jaws for Christmas (OH wants the Batmobile!). We’ve also got the poinsettia and Winter Village for this year ready to build in December

I love the botanicals , winter village houses and Modular's interspersed with randoms that I just like . Most are boxed away yet to be done . I'm currently doing the orchid and the elf clubhouse is at my feet next in line .

Our house is full of Lego (see username) and I'm currently rebuilding the Hocus pocus house ready for Halloween. We have the Home Alone house, watering can, New York taxi, small Land Rover, a fuck tin of ninjago and Minecraft, things I've made myself, hot air balloon, heart, Easter stuff. There's more coming this Christmas. Love Lego!

Huge Disney fan so I absolutely love this, I have the friends set upstairs and then I got my partner the complete friends apartments (can't remember what it is but it was expensive!) We've just no space to build it

I started a few years ago with the winter village sets and it grew from there. These are a few small sets I have currently built and the bigger one is my favourite at the moment.

I think I’m going to hold out until the Lego Ideas Botanical Garden is released (next month, I think!)

So exciting! Such lovely display pieces!

I like the buildings best but also have plants and flowers dotted around the house

I have so much Lego envy looking at these.

In a fit of minimalism I got rid of most of my collection and may have some regrets.

I'm trying hard not to buy more but the Earth and moon technic set looks so fantastic I'm wavering.

If I buy it I'm going to blame all of you for encouraging me.

I don't have Lego, but have a vast collection of Playmobil! It's all stored in boxes in my shed. But every so often I get some out and make dioramas, especially when there's some big occasion. My latest was a Playmobil Olympics this summer.
