Ha, that's fascinating. My turquoise is blue, apparently.

I always find it slightly mind blowing when you start to think that none of us can ever be sure that others are perceiving something the same way we are - not just how we'd categorise a colour, but are we actually perceiving that colour the same way, or are our brains processing it differently?

It's like the concept of inner voice (and its absence in some people) - we can never know what it sounds (or doesn't sound like) inside someone else's brain.

Do some people not have an inner voice? How!?

Turquoise is more blue toned in my opinion.

The way you perceive colour varies hugely depending what colour is next to the one you're looking at or in this quiz the colour you view before hand.

That’s exactly where mine is. (On average as well - I did it three times and got 176, 177 and 178).

There was no option for neither/ both though! There were shades I wouldn't have called blue or green bit it only offered a binary choice.

My green ends at Arsenic. Which is technically a green according to F&B, but no Scheles Green is green. Arsenic is blue green arsenic 😂

Turquoise to me is more blue. But most people seem to think sea blue is turquoise.
