Out of curiosity really. Do you stick to the same colour way, or do you mix and match?

A tip I picked up from another MN thread is that you can brighten up in the inner enamel coating using cold water and Milton.

I've got two ceramic casseroles, one almond and one black: a variety of mugs in pinks and blues; a cassis large cast iron casserole; two soup bowls with lids in almond (incredibly useful!); utensil jar and jugs in almond & the granddaddy of them all is a white cast iron casserole we had as a wedding present 35 years ago.
