Just want to say that I love Eamonn Holmes so it's not a bashing thread. Just an observation.
I was thinking about his ex wife and children. He left his young family as his career was more important.
He met (allegedly after they split) this beautiful younger attractive exciting Ruth. Got with her.
But now what does he have? He has ailing health and no wife to be with him in sickness and in health?
Who knows if he had made an effort and put his first family first rather than his career he could have been with someone who would have loved and cared for him in his old age.
It's quite sad.
