How do you feel about women that's don't wear Make-up ?

Just wondering what your true JUDGY thoughts are? I don't wear makeup often I'm in mid forties. How am I perceived? Lazy? Frumpy? Not caring? Boring? Can't be bothered to make an effort for others ? Or confident ? Perceived as being ' pretty enough' ?

Amazing how many women are in total denial about makeup. You are plastering shite on your face to make you look like a mask, do you not get it? The false eyelashes are exactly that - FALSE. The orange line on your neck for all to see is horrible. When you pose for that all-babe selfie your face crinkles up because of th elayers of crap you have on. DO you think that is sexy? Wake up girls!!!

I have blonde eyebrows and eyelashes, so if I don't wear eyeliner, mascara and brow pencil then I look as though I have no brows or eyelashes at all. I have to wear makeup in order to look like I am not wearing makeup!

@wpshark most women aren't wearing false lashes and an orange line on their neck though! There's a big difference between the instagram full works and how the average woman applies her makeup

I'm in my 50's and think foundation ages mature skin.. I use a spray tanning mist, bit of concealer and eye make up when I go out but usually.. nothing!

To be totally honest, everyone is different. I wear makeup everyday and it’s because I think I look better with it and I like to look put together. I keep it simple during the day but it’s part of my ritual. I never leave the house without it. But I have low self esteem and spent my childhood feeling ugly because all the pretty kids were popular and worshiped.

so from MY perspective, which is gonna be different from the perspective of someone who is confident and has lots of self esteem… I think people who don’t wear makeup either don’t know how to put it on properly so don’t bother, don’t care what others think, are confident in their own skin, don’t have the same priorities that I have or, don’t value appearance as that important. I wish I had more confidence to not wear it and the older I get the less of it I wear to a point where I could go without it but then I developed hyperpigmentation which will not go away no matter what so now I have to cover that. Typical!

Also to add I have a colleague who is my age and is naturally absolutely beautiful. I don’t think she’d look better with makeup on either. She never wears it, even on nights out, she is just absolutely stunning and doesn’t even realise it.

In my 20s I would barely leave the house without make up but now late 30s it's only if I'm on a night out that I'll wear some. I find it makes me look even older now when I wear it which is not the effect I am going for and it's quite depressing 😅

Never wear it and as above no, I can't apply it as I've never tried beyond trying my mums as a small child. I was raised to understand I wasn't attractive enough to bother which was reinforced by people I went to school with.
