I started out thinking that this was amusing, until I got to the bunk beds. It's very obviously a brothel. The bunk beds make me think that the girls had no choice about living there. Either they were trafficked or so hard up and vulnerable, that they had little choice than to stay there. I really hope that the police have thoroughly investigated this.

No, I don't necessarily think that a brothel would have a H&S sign up. However, it makes no sense why a hen house would either. Even less so, given that the poster is about employment rights.

Reading the description, they seem very desperate to rent it out - no credit checks, bad credit accepted and you can even move in same day for an extra fee of £35.

I can see it working as a quirky Airbnb but it seems odd to offer it for longer term lets. But, whatever floats yer boat!
