so Lizzo is accused of sexual harassment (amongst other allegations) and her apparently very Christian and proselytising dance captain / manager of religious discrimination and other inappropriate behaviour.
wow. Not good (<=stating the obvious)
but am I the only one surprised by the Christian factor? I know that faith can be personal. But after having just watched a video of Lizzo… well, it doesn’t seem particularly Christian to me!
I am also not surprised that there apparently was a very sexually charged and inappropriate atmosphere (or work culture?), considering what is performed on stage. seems like the stage performance translates to backstage…!
Clear boundaries (and a moral compass/respect for employees rights and dignity) are probably even more important in this kind of work environment.
