AIBU to think Dan and Blair was the most utterly ludicrous pairing of the season?

Side note: the real love story should’ve been Rufus and Lily and it annoys me all the time it wasn’t.

I’m procrastinating.

Still rewatch all the time, I absolutely adore the last episode, when we find out it's Dan, pure cheese but love it.

I really disliked Vanessa. And Lily should not have got back with her ex husband!!

Me and my husband loved gg, long story but we didn't watch the final season when it came out and we were saving it to binge it. I went a whole year not finding out who gg was for the night before we started the binge to see it in the book I was reading 🤦‍♀️ still raging to this day!

I would actually rather have seen Rufus and Lily together over Dan and Serena. They had really run out of ideas when they put Dan and Blair together! I can't remember how any of that happened now, but have just restarted season 1, so can cringe over it all over again!

It was all about Blair and Chuck really in my opinion. Dan was a wet lettuce.

I'm going to have to rewatch it now!

It was ridiculous! I LOVE GG. Although feel very old watching it now as I have a huge crush on Rufas!!! He was only a few years older than I am now when it was filmed. Think it may be rewatch time though!

Blair and Chuck all the way, even though it was completely toxic (like when he traded her to his uncle for his hotel!!).

I hated the Dan reveal though, it made absolutely no sense to me. Should have been Dorota!

Yes op! Yes! It should have been Rufus and Lilly! Blair is best paired with Chuck!

I'd never watched GG until last year. Bloody loved it, absolute trash.

Adore Blair and Chuck, and Dorota.

Had a love:hate thing with Lilly but she had a great collection of statement necklaces.

I couldn't stand Vanessa. Quite liked Jenny though. Rufus and Lily made a lovely couple. Chuck and Dan did not!

Rubbish ending though (who GG was).

I know!!! And they popped a strawberry and ran out!! And Rufus went to all that trouble! We have a Vera Wang coffee cup and saucer (just 1!) Inspired by Lily delicately sipping her beverage 🤣

I loved Michelle Trachtenberg in it as Serena's Frenemy, then she went off to Christian rehab camp . Pure soapy melodrama.

Loved their outfits, especially at school. Loved Chuck. Loved Nate. Loved the DUMBO Street View.

Dan was such a drip. His female BFF was fairly odious. Serena also kind of annoying. Preferred Blair.

Also 😍 Rufus and thought it was a shame lily ditched him. They were a decent couple.

I haven't seen it for years, I remember it kept me company when I was a bit lonely at uni. I just loved Blair and Chuck, they are probably my all time favourite fictional couple! Can't remember what happened at the end now, just remember I loved it.

I love Gossip girl...it's my tradition to rewatch once a year (started it again the other day). Some of chucks outfits are classics (his basketball gear in season 1 and a red onesy later on).I was always quite sad when Rufus and lily split up. Never liked Vanessa, or either Charlie (ivy or Lola).
