…ok, but what’s in your Meal Deal though?

All this talk of meal deals is making me hungry. Bloody love a meal deal. What’s your combo?

Mine is:

• cheese and onion sandwich
• small tub of Pringles
• innocent berry smoothie or Diet Coke or coconut water

Sandwich can be substituted for a tuna and sweetcorn one, but I’m in a real cheese and onion phase at the moment. Crisps can be sea salt and balsamic vinegar kettle chips or Squares depending on mood, but Pringles are speaking to me the most currently.

What’s in yours?

Kettle cheese and onion crisps if Tesco, fruit pot if M&S

I'd happily buy a healthy deli meal deal. Soup, decent roll w cheese, piece of fruit. Refill water bottle or tea. Welsh gov should coordinate a few good options for us if they don't want us having what's on offer.

I like the pasta salad with spinach, pesto and pine nuts, either a fruit juice or a fruity water (and love those Tenzing drinks.
There's a large co-op opposite the office - their 'snacks' often include things like scotch eggs (and in Winter, huge guilty pleasure, Cornish Pasties), so really two meals.

I had one today from tesco.

The Itsu chicken gyoza, skips and a cherry pepsi max. If tesco did a tub of edamames like Waitrose do, I'd have skipped the Skips and had those instead.

I split the skips with my 2 year old. The Welsh government will be horrified at me setting up the next gen fat meal dealers.

salt and vinegar crisps. Used to always get Kettle Chips ones but sadly they don’t do those any more so plain old Walkers 😭

If its to take to work I get the maple pecan pastry, a chicken based sandwich and a skinny starbucks drink- I have the pastry for breakfast, sandwhich at break and then always have random bits of fruit in my bag so have some of that too. If it's a leisurely meal deal I'm going to eat all at once I stick with a chicken based sandwich but get the eggs and mustard mayo dip and a cherry pepsi max.

Nothing, as all the sandwiches taste of fridge 😄

I love a bit of fridge taste, it's so exotic, it's what Sets them apart from Homemade sandwiches

Always a wrap. Today it was hummus and salad but I love a chicken Caesar.

I'd like crisps but they are always the big packets and I would eat them all so I don't bother. No willpower
The Costa coffee is the reason I get the meal deal as it's such a good deal! I get it on the way to work. Only once a week though when I'm in the office.

tuna sarnie, prawn cocktail crisps, lipton iced tea. (And a twirl)

Chicken salad sandwich or chicken caesar wrap.
Cheese and onion walkers, sometimes the baked ones.
Orange Fanta zero or something else orangy, maybe a tropicana.
