It’s massive. It’s not even next door to me but the next one accross, terraced houses. It’s so loud. Luckily can’t hear it in the house but sat in garden and the slight bit of breeze and it’s all I can hear. Why?!?! Why have them in your garden?! They annoy other people! Tempted to have a fire in the garden tonight but really don’t want to upset my other nice neighbors. I just don’t get it. It’s so loud and so annoying!

I’ve noticed that whenever I’m given a wind chime, or when others are gifted a wind chime, the givers are never close neighbors. I wonder why that is

Funny, that, isn't it?! They're the adult equivalent of giving a young kid a drum kit or 'my first bagpipes' when you never need to go to their house yourself, and seeing the look of horror on the faces of their parents when they unwrap it.

Would they do anything?

No they’d probably have a laugh though
