Suspect he’s lying low because of his brother

He's not available because he's been called to crown court as a witness. No different to anyone else not being able to go to work for this reason. I'm neither a fan nor a hater but I don't get why people are so intent on making some kind of sensational story out of something so explainable.

Ah ok thanks - makes sense - I only knew things from Tweets etc but now I've read the actual story makes sense he'll be back. Must admit I don't actually dislike him - I think he's got a very good presenting style and still looks very presentable - no weight gain over the years etc etc

I'm happy to be corrected but from the article I've just read it looks like his brother confessed to him that he'd performed a sex act with a schoolboy and Phillip didn't report it to the police. He gave a statement once his brother was arrested.
