I don’t really get the loathing for him on here. I’m ambivalent, but think he’s a perfectly decent presenter of vacuous morning tv.

Schofield turns my stomach and Holly seems slimy and fake. I'd rather see Ruth and Eamon.
No weight gain because he's vain and fancies himself as a silver fox 💩
It bears no benefit for me the viewer whether my presenter is fat or thin I'd rather they are charismatic, entertaining and interesting. His weight benefits him only. If you mean that the presenter being attractive makes us more likely to watch and that fat is unattractive, then he isn't my idea of attractive. Never found him handsome.

Ruth and eammon will never come back to itv due to their thoughts on Phillip. They cannot stand Phillip and felt so un easy around him so much show they left the show because of him.

Agree with @CUaround

I like someone with personality - and often it is people like the weathermen/ women. Remember Ian McCaskill ?- he had a huge personality, as do Paul Mooney, Paul Hudson, Lucy Martin, Carol Malia etc I used to love Brian Turner from the original Ready, Steady Cook, too.

They don't act as though they are doing us a favour by being on our screens.

I really wish Schofield would go - even without all of this nastiness, he isn't a good presenter to my mind

Dr Ranj left too and isn't a fan of the Schofe. He mentioned in an interview about who he kept in touch with at This Morning and Holly and Phil were not mentioned!! There is a clip of him on the NTA's when they were all accepting an award for This Morning and Holly was saying how Phil had "a heart of gold". Ruth and Dr Ranj just exchanged "a look". I'll have to see if I can find the link but it says it all.

I’ve said before, “I love that Philip Schofield he’s such a great presenter and a right good bloke” is a rarely heard remark.

Ruth & Eamon are very decent people I believe and Ruth tried to do the right thing and at the risk of her career. I don’t know whether they left or Philip Schofield engineered it so that they slowly got pushed out? They were on all the time during holidays etc, then suddenly they weren’t…so unfair, I imagine P.S’s influence.
Have to hope karma wins and then I’m sure it will all come out from so many people. I can imagine it must be hard if you’re worried about losing your whole career due to him and some strange power he has

Rylan left because of Schofield as well. No one likes him other than Holly, and I’m not sure she’s all that much of a fan anymore either. They’re definitely not as close and she seems to have distanced herself. Bet she knows so much more than she lets on.

I think there are a lot of people not keen on him who’ve worked with him, plus all
the comments on articles for the Lakers and online are always that people want a new presenter…any other presenter would have been gone a long time ago, so it begs the question..why?
There should be an investigation into it all as something is obviously very strange.

As for Holly, I don’t know…is she scared for her career, does she class him as a genuine friend or does he have crap on her too that would ruin her?

There must be a lot of people waiting for his demise, what an awful situation, just toxic.
