It’s just quite odd…all this with Philip Schofield, then Alison Hammond was brought in, talk of blackmail in the news and she’s not on this week anymore…what on earth goes on over there 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes I thought it was a bit odd too. I think he wanted to be down wiv da kidz. Which is a bit sad for a bloke his age.

Just watched the GB news bit on YouTube. The fact he’s paying to prevent anyone from talking about ‘something’ just says all you need to know. If he’s innocent and that boy was old enough, why the secrecy? Does make you feel very weird to know celebrities can just pay money to keep things quiet

Would I be surprised if something 'unsavoury' came out about him? Not really, but there doesn't appear to be any evidence as it stands. Just whispers and gossip.

Yes, Rev Calvin’s face was a picture! The turmoil of what he wanted to say, knew he mustn’t say and actually did say! All written all over his face! The waspish reference to what he couldn’t say for legal reasons.

The other 2, plus Dan Wootton were sailing so close to the wind with their references to PS’s “affair” and “let he who is without sin cast the first stone” The lawyers must’ve been out the back biting their knuckles! 🤣😂

I was chatting to friends recently who are in showbiz and know PS. They were saying that it feels that he has thrown his brother under the bus to distract from him.

Ive seen the clip. It’s interesting that Dan Wootton was the journalist who broke his coming out story in The Sun and yet now seems to have turned on him quite spectacularly. They are implying he has a super injunction in place are they not?

I'm curious what justifies a super injunction? I know there were ones allegedly for the Beckhams, PS, Rio Ferdinand, Jamie Redknap but how do they justify it to the courts that it shouldn't be reported

I’m not sure that PS has a super injunction; think he’s just got a lot of dirt on people further up the ITV tree. Reminds me of that Courtney Cox show Dirt from a few years back. The secret locked vault where all the secrets were kept!

Whether it constitutes a justifiably private matter or whether there is enough in it to justifiably call it a matter of public interest

It was ruled for example that Meghan's letter to her father was justifiably private even though the Mail printed it

I think it was the therapist who told the police and probably said the story about him having told PS.. which was no doubt backed up by phone calls/text evidence.

Vernon hasn’t been on in ages and he’s really likeable (although hasn’t been an angel in the past)! But the fact they’d been round the houses and ended up at Joel dommett definitely suggests they’d asked a lot of their regular people first!

I’ll be amazed if PS is presenting on Monday, even by their standards they surely can’t?! They’d be better just making it look like this is now the Easter break.

I couldn’t believe they had Fearne McCann on! I also couldn’t believe she still gets to her show when you hear what the voice notes were saying about the acid attack victims. Her justification on this morning was all very odd, trying to make out like there had been some misunderstanding 🤔 You think of all the random people out there who would make a really interesting show and just think how does someone like that get allowed another chance?!

I think it's the things they all know about each other. Most celebs seem to hate Piers Morgan but drop everything to appear on one of his shows. He has all the dirt from his days of being a (literal) fly on the celeb wall/bug on phone line. It's a small, inward looking world of vacuous celeb 'presenter' types and talented, hard working writer types.
