The person who ever came up with LTN schemes, the single most divisive thing to happen in communities

People who pull in to the side of the road as if they are parking, but then drive along the kerb and then try and pull out again (usually without indicating). Never mind 5 years in prison, I would bring back hanging for those people!

Or people that indicate left on a roundabout and don't take the exit, causing you to pull out and nearly get hit. I nearly had a bad accident the other day because of this. Really shook me up.

today 3 people walking together on a path I was walking with my daughter and instead of moving to the side letting us pass they continued walking in a 3 and expected me to fly over them I mean where would you like me to go ?

People that dither over contents on the shelves of supermarkets

Enormous families who block aisles in the supermarket and turn shopping into even more of a soul-destroying experience than it is already. Not sure why it takes mum, dad, two near-adult kids and half-a-dozen sundry other sprogs just to buy groceries.

People that browse in shops or drink leisurely In cafes whilst their offspring cause merry hell running up screaming and down touching everything and being a general nuisance and health and safety hazard. Let their children stand in supermarket trolleys
