To wish I had the power to arrest people that....

-Don't pick up their dog's poo
-drop litter
-park like a knob ie half on the pavement so anyone with a pushchair or in a wheelchair has to walk into the road
-are rude to staff in shops or waiting staff

and by arrest, I actually mean lock up for at least 5 years!

Anything else I should put on my Go Straight to Jail list?

People who let their dogs bark all day and particularly let them out to bark and howl late at night

Yelling into your phone for the whole duration of a bus or train ride and being able to hear the person on the other end.

People who are driving the car in front of and stop too far back at traffic lights and then slowly edge forward bit by bit while they're on red. So you're left with the choice of doing the same thing or leaving a massive space in front of you. Gives me the rage.

Also people who dawdle at the petrol station and those who stand in doorways.

Landlords or "investors" that buy out housing stock but leaving them empty.

Also, people who buy holiday homes which are then left empty for most of the year. Again a housing stock issue.

People who buy a terraced house with no drive, in easy walking distance of the town centre and the train station, then insist on keeping three or more vehicles which they park on both sides of the road. There are quite a few of these people.

I would be happy to see the stocks brought back for people who abuse children and animals. That way, we could use up all the fruit and veg that is too rotten to be eaten too.

People who pull out in front of you and then crawl along wayyy below the speed limit when it was clear after you anyway.

Why?

This applies to pavements too! When you're doing your commuter walk to the station and someone from the other side of the road crosses and nips in front of you, then dawdles and takes up the whole pavement.
