Always have a red flannel handy for kids injuries that may involve blood and lots of it, like curs to lips and heads as then they can’t see how much blood there is and panic!

😱Gravy from a cat food pouch is the best thing to put on a cat if you want it to lick itself.

Another cat tip - if your cat is poorly and not drinking, brush a little water around its mouth with your finger tip; the cat will lick it off as a reflex action. Keep doing this at intervals to keep your cat hydrated (needless to say, also seek vet advice ASAP).

Use denture tablets to get rid of stubborn stains in teapots, mugs etc. Leaves them sparkling!
