DC have FINALLY decided they are done with their playmobil so of course we have to build it all to photograph & sell.

This hospital is better equipped than my own university hospital 😂 I am struggling to write the listing 😂 who is going to want this in their house?!

This is an absolute MASSIVE set which has been loved and played with and is still in beautiful condition. Are you jaded with life? Bring joy back into your life with this state of the art hospital. It has one bed unoccupied !!

My boys had the playmobil supermarket.
The number of parts in that was almost beyond count.

BabyFour2023 · 03/12/2022 21:31

You must save it for any future potential grandchildren! My children now play with my old Lego at my parents house.

I know I know but we have SO MUCH of it. So, so much.

we are having fun rebuilding it all though. I am very sentimental about this hospital.

on a lighthearted note the Hancock family are in their villa and Matt is off to bed with some baby oil. Gina is on the balcony looking fretful.

Ahh keep it @AgathaMystery! You can’t get rid...not if you’re sentimental about it... <lower lip wobbles>

AgathaMystery · 03/12/2022 21:37

SouperNoodle · 03/12/2022 21:30

I will 100% buy this off you please

It’s on all major selling sites!

I agree re: the supermarket. all the croissants and tins of pilchards!!

I didn’t need to know about Matt in bed with the baby oil.

Do not tempt me!

You name it, we have it in playmobil. FFS we even have a bin fire 😂

I think the hospital is my fave, along with the manger for Christmas and the pirate ship. The pirate ship is fabulous.

I did this with my DDs wooden dollhouse which is pretty big. I spent hours cleaning and sorting/photographing it and then decided it would hurt me too much to sell!! So it’s now back in the loft.

We have loads of Playmobil too - the big school plus other smaller bits, it’s still in the cupboard. I think I’m going to keep that too - we have lots of toys in our loft that I can’t bring myself to part with! The kids would probably rather have the money.

SouperNoodle · 03/12/2022 21:45

I can only find small sets online and not this exact one 😱

BelleMarionette · 03/12/2022 21:45

Please sell it to me, it's fantastic!

GripeGrape · 03/12/2022 21:49

These little scenes have made my day - thank you!

HappyMarriage · 03/12/2022 21:49

It’s amazing! What age do you find is best for playmobil? Mine have some but they constantly break it and lose bits so I feel like they’re too young (4 and 6) but like a fool I keep getting it for them because I love it so much and dream of a big beautiful collection

AgathaMystery · 03/12/2022 21:50

I think aged 4-10 is perfect.

Jeremy is operating and has found himself without a surgical team. Everyone is short staffed.

I love Playmobil but am still guilty of selling my son's pirate ship many years ago and he has never let me forget it. He is almost 30. To make amends he will have a replacement for his 30th birthday which he can then pass on to his son

AgathaMystery · 03/12/2022 21:54

@Diversion that’s lovely.

We had an incident many years ago involving my mothers corner bath, her very expensive bath oil and a playmobil coal tanker with over 200 pieces of coal. She was not best pleased.

I’ve just realised that I’ve put the nativity dove of peace in the fairy barge with motor. FFS!!

Me me me. I want it. My playmobile is all lovingly laid out in my playmobile room!!

I always intended it to be for kids / grandkids but once when the DSs were much smaller got out the Zoo for them to play with and they broke the leg of the Gnu and it all went back into storage until they got too old (they 18 and 16) and its only recently come back out lol

SirenSays · 03/12/2022 21:57

I would have loved this! I'm shocked at how detailed it is

tiredfedupyawn · 03/12/2022 22:00

We have a few play Mobil sets but honestly struggle to keep all the bits together, it all gets so jumbled up and there’s a million bits and bobs everywhere. Really confusing. How does everyone keep it so organised and know what parts are for what set 😭

AgathaMystery · 03/12/2022 22:00

@RappScallion pics pls!!

@SirenSays many many years of happy playing !! DC LOVED this so, so much.

I have no idea. DC can look at a scrap of plastic and say ‘oh yeah that’s from the cruise ship!’ We store them all in ziplocks and big tubs when they’re not in use. All this got a very thorough wash today before we built it!!

MonkeyPuddle · 03/12/2022 22:07

How the hell do you manage to keep all the bit together? I’m more impressed that you’ve not lost all the little bits!

Wait till I post pics of the shopping mall tomorrow 😂it’s enough to give you anxiety (which you can me treated for in The mumsnet infirmary as above)

Would you consider donating it to the childrens ward or hospital?

RamsayBoltonsConscience · 03/12/2022 22:11

My son and I put together all his Lego and playmobile (I'd had the foresight to put the boxes of the bigger sets in the loft) and sold them on eBay before he went to uni. It bagged him about £500 which was great as a starter fund for uni.

RumNotRun · 03/12/2022 22:11

I had tons of Playmobil when I was young and played with it all the time. When mum died, I decided I didn't want any of my stuff from our house so my Playmobil got given to my cousin (who never played with it). By the time I decided I did want it, it had all been broken and)or chucked. I'm still not over it 29 years later 😂

Isthatascratchonmygrandmother · 03/12/2022 22:13

Just fallen in love with this hospital. Thanks OP 🙈
