Marmite on toast for breakfast
2 kiwis, a banana, bar of chocolate for lunch (cravings Blush)
just had a packet of crisps
Will have tuna and med veg risotto for dinner

Probably a small packet of crisps due to late dinner which will be tofu and veg curry

Avo and egg on sourdough for breakfast with an iced coffee
Cappuccino and some lentil crisps for a snack
Cheese toastie, grapes and melon and elderflower cordial for lunch
Just had a bit of coffee cake for snack with another iced coffee
Dinner will be chinese fakeaway and more melon after if I'm hungry

Same breakfast I've had for about 20 years: avocado with a squeeze of lime, on wholemeal sourdough (2 big slices), and two black coffees made in a French press.
Elevenses: a few sourdough crackers with mature Cheddar and a bowl of granola with yoghurt, banana and blueberry. An Earl Grey with oat milk. Handful of paprika crisps.
Lunch: crappy supermarket chicken salad sandwich, on wholemeal bread at least, and featuring some salad.
Afternoon snack: Pret Choc Bar. Another Earl Grey with oat milk.
Will have an apple and some apricots (fresh) shortly.
Lots of water throughout the day.
Dinner: will probably just roast some veg (beetroot, potatoes, onion etc) with spices and a can of beans or chickpeas. To eat with yoghurt, pickles and maybe some fresh herbs.
Cannot skip a meal and still function/not fall out with people. Can't get by very well without my coffee and tea either.
Today's been not too bad snackwise; I work at home in a sedentary job and often pick and graze all day on crisps, chocolate and a token piece of fruit.

Breakfast - Earl grey tea
Lunch - cheddar and salad sandwich on wholemeal bread. Lentil crisps. Coconut water
Dinner - perhaps roast salmon and salad. Potentially nothing if I can get away with it

I have eaten like an absolute fat bastard today, I'm due on but I'm never usually this bad

B: Slice of banana bread and a latte
L: BLT, hummous 'crisps', Diet Coke (meal deal). Reece's choc bar (the duo ones). Full pack of Heinz So Yummy apple biscotti (baby biscuits), full pack of Mrs Crimbles big choc macaroons.

I actually feel sick now but I'll definitely not be having anything else today apart from lots and lots of water.

This is NOT a usual day's eating!

Breakfast: Nothing, wasn't hungry! Normally I have oats and brown sugar or scrambled eggs and siracha.

Iced coffee once I started work.

DH made a lovely BLT on toasted seeded loaf for lunch with a packet of quavers.

Had strawberries, banana and a satsuma.

Am getting pecky before tea now so I will have some sweet chilli crackers or some Ryvita thins and hummus.

Dinner is fishfingers chips and peas and zero sugar jelly for dessert.

Dinner will be pulled pork with rice, salad and guacamole and then maybe some blueberry soya yoghurt.
