Me:
Marmite on toast for breakfast
2 kiwis, a banana, bar of chocolate for lunch (cravings Blush)
just had a packet of crisps
Will have tuna and med veg risotto for dinner

Yesterday was slightly more random

Brunch was an entire packet of raukensens (sp) herb crackers and five mini soreens! Both without butter Confused

Dinner was an open prawn cocktail sandwich on seeded bread with paprika crisps then a massive bar of whole nut dairy milk!

No wonder I ate less todayBlush

Few chips nicked from my husband's chippy as I didn't feel like cooking for him tonight!
Just got past 21 weeks pregnant and am suddenly starving this evening.. not sure what I'm going to end up eating later?!

Way too much good cheese

An ice lolly

Porridge with pineapple and a black coffee for breakfast
mushroom soup followed by stewed rhubarb and natural yoghurt for lunch
i was still hungry so had a couple of corn cakes mid afternoon
tonight have had cheese fondue and oatcakes - chocolate mousse and 2 gins

Had a Wagon Wheel about an hour ago and have had loads of mugs of tea with skimmed milk during the day.

A load of absolute junk today. I normally eat quite a balanced diet but today has been logistically challenging which has meant poor choices.

Breakfast: didn't have time

Lunch: McDonald's triple cheeseburger, DS's leftover fries and half a McDonald's doughnut.

Dinner: 2 pieces of garlic bread that DD left.

Evening snack: homemade mini apple pie and cream.

Protein shake. Ryvita, cottage cheese and tomatoes. Roast beef sandwich and chips, I feel I need to justify this by saying this is a rare treat and was out with a friend. Muller bliss yogurt.

Snacks - Walkers cheese and onion, tin of pears
