Pure nosiness!

Me:
Marmite on toast for breakfast
2 kiwis, a banana, bar of chocolate for lunch (cravings Blush)
just had a packet of crisps
Will have tuna and med veg risotto for dinner

One weetabix with milk and a tiny bit of banana and a milky coffee

Carbonara and garlic bread at lunch (left over and greedy really!!)

Fruit Fibre cereal for breakfast.
A small veggie pizza and coke zero for lunch.
Halal lamb biryani (with vegetables) for dinner.
An apple, a blueberry muffin, some water and a mocha in-between.

Breakfast: Proper black coffee and a cinnamon bagel
Lunch: Homemade chicken sandwich
Evening meal: Homemade beef dinner with roast carrots, roast beetroot, roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding.
I don’t really snack and if work is busy I will skip lunch too.
i will probably have a couple of glasses of red wine later as I’m not working tomorrow.
I love seeing what others eat in a day.

I’m in one of my major anxiety phases right now…so today I’ve eaten 2 jammy Dodgers.
Got a friend coming over in a bit with Indian takeaway, so she’ll force me to eat that. And I’ll probably feel better afterwards.

Breakfast - big bowl of full fat Greek yogurt, raspberries, a banana, flaxseed, almonds and maple syrup

Snack - packet of crisps, 2 dried figs

Lunch - whole tin of tuna and mayo, rocket salad, carrot sticks and a mini pot of hummus

Dinner - duck breast, lots of stir fried veg (courgette, pok Choi and mushrooms) in a homemade Chinese five spice sauce; g&t

Might have a Cornetto now

A kind of soup made with gouchang paste, greens and tofu in broth.
Handful of crisps.
Moussaka with raw red cabbage and sliced radish. Hot pepper sauce.
Salt and vinegar ricecakes and cheese.
Roti stuffed with hummus, chili sauce, oven chips.

There will be wine.

It's all a bit random.

Shared a pain au choc with my toddler
Some wafer biscuits
Crackers with a tea spoon of cheddar spread
Glass of OJ
Small pack salmon sushi
Bag of walkers
Fish fingers, chips and peas for dinner
Maybe a tub of 88kcal vegan ice cream I've found

I'm starting 16:8 tmrw as lost baby wright doing it for a month or so and now need to shift a couple of stone!

Scrambled egg on one slice of toast with one sausage and a spoonful of baked beans. Cup of tea with skimmed milk.
Mcdonald’s crispy chicken & bacon sandwich, two salmon maki sushi rolls. Flat white.
Chicken and veg stir-fry. Orange juice.

Breakfast: Small bowl of porridge (with ground flaxseed, cinnamon, apple, and a blob of honey)
Lunch: Omlette (2 eggs + mushrooms), cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumber
Dinner: Tin of tuna, salad (peppers, radishes, tomatoes), and some cous cous

I'm hungry again now...

Two bowls of golden nuggets and fried bread with baked camembert. Obviously, I am not on a diet and I couldn't care less about what I eat as long as it tastes good.

B: Coffee and pain au chocolat
L: 2 slices of toast with nutella
D: Cottage pie and loads of green veg
Snacks: Mint aero bar and a nectarine
Diet coke and mint tea
I'm calorie counting atm and that lot ^ comes in at 1500
Too much chocolate in one day tbh but otherwise OK
