To love a shark film

Currently sat watching "Great White" on sky cinema... it got a 1 star waiting.. im loving it!!

Please tell me I am not alone in my love for a good shark film? Also any recommendations on others I might not have seen!

I think the same about piranha - it’s a really good film apart from the utterly gratuitous nudity. Pisses me off.

Oh the naked 'lesbian' porn swimming is ridiculous. I was listening to a podcast talking about it and the host suggested it was literally made to excite teenage boys. Other than that I do enjoy that film. The sequel was poor trash though

Late to it, but just watched Something in the water. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Anyone else going to see Jaws at the cinema? Got tickets booked for Friday night with my 11yo, its his favourite film 🦈

My OH & I went on Friday just gone.. we'd already seen it (twice!) about two years ago as part of a nostalgia season in one of the cinemas in town but yeah seeing it on the big screen is something else!

relatively light on the shark action, I think they have tried to make it a “real” movie with proper themes but I like my shark movies hammy and frankly insane!

Not bad, back to a classic, campy flooding related shark movie!

I've literally just finished it. Loved it. Usual, over-the-top, cheesy shark film.

Years ago a friend of mine dropped some acid and went to see Jaws. The next night he did it again. Nice bloke though.

We’ve just watched Thrash! Very cheesy and predictable, but a good watch all the same
