Cliche sayings that grind your gears!

Am I the only one who finds cliche sayings e.g. Facebook quotes Instagram quotes highly annoying. I feel like a lot of people used them to self soothe but I can’t help but find them extremely annoying especially the super obvious ones.

Some of the many that annoy me are:
I am working on me.
If they don’t accept you at your worst, they don’t deserve you at your best.

What cliche quotes or sayings grind your gears?

'Stay Safe ' what happened to' take care ' look after yourself etc

I have your back /you got this

I could care less , no you could NOT care less!

Hate hate hate those letters spelling out LOVE or BATH (although do quite like the anti-ones... That say poo /wee 😁😁

Is it really bad that out of all the examples given this was the bit that I remembered and told me it was an oldish thread? Not the horrible work ones, the poo/wee one? Shows where my mind sits, nicely in the gutter!
