Left the window open 😭

Hubby and I had a little tiff - he paid a compliment to our gorgeous, 2 decades younger dinner guest and it didn’t sit well with me.

Anyway married couple left, short argument started between us and it turned into what I think was the best sex of my life. But as the title says I left the window open (didn’t think to check behind the curtain) and I’m pretty sure we now have to move. I read a thread about naughty neighbours not too long ago, wondered who puts on such a show for their entire street and now it happened to us 😭😭😭

How on earth can I ever leave the house again?

The same happened to us and my DH gets a bit loud at the end letting out one long moan. We didn't realise the window was open until we heard the neighbour say 'Jesus, are you alright??
I only pray she was talking to her elderly parent.

You don't really need a backstory, just a "forgot to close the window when we had sex" would have done 🤷‍♀️

I know you were going for a particular 'type' of thread but really, I doubt anyone cares or listened. You weren't the first and you won't be the last to 'forget to close the window'

Well I thought that "Left the window open" meant that your partner had left the window open and a massive spider had come in! That is what it would mean in our house, and that is what would cause a huge tiff between us - and it would not lead to any sex, make-up or otherwise. Encouraging spiders to come into our home does not get rewarded in this house 😂

I am afraid that I also differ from the others in that, I'm sorry @Prettybutdumb but I agree with you, you do have to move, and until then you must cover your face every time you leave the house - a pillowcase with two tiny holes cut for the eyes should do it!
Although I do think it is a bit sad that you didn't get a round of applause afterwards 😉

ps. Yes, I would rather suffocate in the heat than invite the spiders in, and if anyone feels the need to tell me how many spiders are already in the house, watching my every move with their tiny beady eyes, I will just stick my fingers in my ears and go La, La, La, La, La, and then burst into tears, because doing that won't stop me from being able to read your words 😭

The backstory definitely adds value to the situation and also, congrats on the cracking sex.
I would also feel mortified but I would be prepared to either pretend that it didn't happen, claim that there must me some new neighbours because you heard this really load sex the other day or just own it. I used to live nextdoor to someone who had sex daily and this person didn't care in the slightest that everyone could hear them.

I assumed you were freaking out as you left the windows open when you left the house.

Anyway, I used to live near someone who regularly had loud sex with the windows open. It’s really not a big deal.
