Neighbours walking on our drive and lawn

Our neighbours keep walking over our lawn and drive. Our neighbours to the left have stopped doing this once we spoke to them but currently our neighbours to the right keep doing this. We've been having problems with them as they are having building work done and have had to stop their builders parking on our drive.
We don't have a car so they've previously asked to park on our drive but we've said no. They are now constantly walking over our lawn. Our living room over looks the lawn so we see it constantly it's driving us nuts.
We've asked them to stop. What can we do about this? We're actually trying to move due to the neighbours.

We recently bought a property which overlooks a toddler play park - it's very small with some grass in it but mostly toddler play stuff. It is in the middle of 8 houses so 4 and 4 with a park in the middle. There is a road that separate the park and house and driveways. Kids - about 10-15 each night are playing football around the toddler play park and ruining the grass. Worst thing is they're sooooo loud until 10-11 pm screaming and shouting and swearing. They also keep kicking the ball into our front garden, hitting our house and our car and it's caused damage to a visitors car. I have contacted the local counsellor who said it's not within her jurisdiction. I contacted the council who said given its private land (we pay factor fees) it's out with their jurisdiction and I contacted the factor who said they would need a vote for a no ball games sign but it's not enforceable and only affects 8-10 houses out of 242. There are three huge play fields down the hill and a football cage - when I tell the kids to keep off the drive/watch the car they swear back etc. What can I do?

Perhaps start your own thread so that others can post helpful suggestions and they're not related to the OP's message or situation?

Not being unreasonable. I’ve a very similar issue. Not only that neighbours guests park directly opposite mine restricting but not blocking access they Then walk down my drive to cross neighbours grass to front door rather than their own path. Drives me nuts but o/h doesn’t want to cause problems.
