MC Skibadee has just died

I don't normally get sad about celebrity deaths but he is a legend. His live streams during lockdown brighted it up so much. Sound track to my youth.

I can't believe it. I'm so so sad. He will leave such a big hole in my life.

He was a MC to DnB. He was such an energetic and enthusiastic person. Been on the scene for years. Over lockdown he did mixes and was very interactive, helped a lot of lonely people. He wasn't a celeb celeb, but he was well known if you liked raves and festivals.

He had a baby about a year ago.

Yes it does. Because posting to a thread to tell everyone who does know the person that you don't is not only insensitive but incredibly self centred and rude.

It always happens on here, someone posts that a person has died and several people are so self important that they need to tell everyone that they don't know who that is.baffling.

Yes frankly if its too much hassle to google a name which is just deceased and where people are expressing regret or appreciation.

I've had 'deal with the matter, deal with it proper' constantly on rotation circa 1998 since Helter Skelter days. Got me through the rough times.

I think expecting him to be be known on MN is like expecting Prince Charles to announce to the nation that he thinks the monarchy is anachronistic, completely irrelevant and when his mother is no longer around he'd like to give back all the crowns and diamonds and also give Africa and parts of the Caribbean reparations.

In anycase, a true legend. Taken too young as often they are.
