Don't miss out folks... It was for sale last year, and it's back this year, as there were no takers. SHOCKER! Shock

It's the '12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS MASSIVE TABLE CENTER PIECE DECORATION - ALL DAYS / FIGURES!'

Just £699.99. Don't walk, RUN, or you'll miss it! Grin

Should the decimal point be after the number 6?
It's just all sorts of wrong.

OurChristmasMiracle · 30/11/2021 20:30

Oh I so wanted this last year but my budget just wouldn’t stretch! Looks like I’ll miss out this year and all because I bought Xmas eeyore bedding Grin

CloudyStorms · 30/11/2021 20:30

The 5 gold rings are actually LOTR collectibles.
I think given the description clearly a lot of work has gone into getting the bits together and while I wouldn't want it I hope someone enjoys it.

Redcrayons · 30/11/2021 20:33

Again! I think be been reading this thread every year for about 5 years.

Is it it the same one or does he make new every year? Tbf I can’t imagine parting with £700 for centerpiece even if it was made of gold, never mind plaster of Paris.

Inastatus · 30/11/2021 20:34

Just read the description and the Christmas Day menu which accompanied this masterpiece 😂 Onion rings anyone??

HerRoyalHappiness · 30/11/2021 20:36

never mind plaster of Paris.
Don't forget the best bit... on an upturned quality street tin Grin

They do seem to be genuine, and the ebay seller has oodles of feedback, and they have been on ebay for 21 years. (Didn't know ebay had been going that long to be honest!) But it's so odd that this particular item keeps re-surfacing every year. As a pp said further back, I think this is the 5th year it's been up. There can't be more than one surely?! Shock

If you read the HUGE write-up on it (when you scroll down,) they are VERY proud of it. Grin

It just won't sell for some reason! Could it be the main reason that a house doesn't sell? THE PRICE! I mean, who the fluff is going to pay £700 for this? Seriously?!

As soon as I read the thread title I knew what this would be about.

I love how tacky and wonderful it is. Perhaps if we all put in a quid it could be the official mn Christmas decoration. Or there at least needs to be a mn emoji of it.

Mumsnet could try and get a miniature of it made and offer it to people for £20, or maybe do a framed pic, or coasters. Smile Grin

@GetTheFlockOutOfHere - you made me curious enough about eBay to go and check when I started my account, it was 2005!!!
