Dirty staff toilets.

So we've always had staff toilets issues.
Male dominated workplace so tried not to be too picky.
We had vomit down the loo I got on my arm,shitty stains and once a poo stain on the floor.
I've mentioned repeatedly for yrs about it nothing changes.
It doesn't get cleaned.Today my colleague went up there and when I followed there was vomit one the floor and splashes in the sink.
Later a hand towel was put over it,no mopping or proper hygiene.
I'm disgusted wwyd.?
I find it grim.🤢

Eugh, where are you working.. a dockyard? Why are people vomiting so much at work that must be a health hazard as they shouldn't even be there if they're that sick. YANBU. Raise this as a health and safety issue!

Where are you working where nothing gets cleaned? Or where people are regularly vomiting and not cleaning up after themselves. And what are you doing in the toilet to get vomit down the loo on your arm?

Our toilets at work are disgusting. Skids all over the loo, poo just left and not flushed and an actual turd sitting on the rim!! Can’t even blame blokes for this, they’re female toilets. Some people are just absolutely vile.
Masks have certainly come in handy on a visit to the loo.

Going back to your OP. That is revolting! I don’t know what you can do about it other than having a sign in type system or a way of monitoring who is using the toilet and when to find out who is leaving it in such a state.

Can you have a loo cleaning rota on the wall that you aren't part of if you are their manager and have it written into their JD - highly unlikely I know!

Skid marks I can live with, and we have loos where the flush is pathetic but yep poo and wee and blood on toilet toilet seats etc - just utterly grim and unnecessary

The thing is everywhere I’ve worked the women’s loos have been worse than the blokes. In my last work Someone had smeared blood over the seat and wall. Also there was a full poo on the floor outside the cubicles, the men never had meetings to be shouted at.

I'm sure the environmental health officer would have a fit if they saw what's going on.

Anonymous complaint to the EHO? That should trigger an unannounced inspection, with all that goes with it.

May not get you very far, but don't employers have a duty of care to provide hygenic conditions?

I used to work somewhere until recently where someone regularly left poo on the side of the toilet - but it was brown and white, like bird poo. Very strange (well, I presume it is... I don't have brown and white poo)

Fucking mingers! I work with up to 4 men in any one day. Toilet is never like that! I am the one who cleans it but that's part of my job (I know that sounds shit, it's just one very small part!) but I only do it once a day and it never looks dirty!

Seriously these people you work with are just mingers. No excuse!
